Adding Light to Your Home

At Unusual Designs, we have a variety of products to choose from when looking for unique ways to change the energy of your living environment.
One offering you may want to consider when considering adding light to your home is our Silhouette® Window Shading. This Hunter Douglas product allows soft fabric vanes to be suspected between sheer panels. This, in turn, gives a sophisticated appearance. Additionally, due to the fact that the vanes can be tilted to your desired degree, you will be able to determine the level of privacy.
Luminette® Privacy Sheers are another wonderful option to think about when considering the different ways that you can go about adding light to your home. With their vertical fabric vanes and sheer panel, these can be outfitted to windows of nearly any size. The vanes can also rotate up to 180 degrees, allowing you to have full control over how much light enters. As these come in a wide variety of fabrics, colors, and textures, we are confident that there is something to seamlessly integrate into any space.
Another product you may want to select is our Duette® Architella® Honeycomb Shade. The unique cellular construction of these Hunter Douglas offerings allows air to be trapped in distinct pockets, which enables the shade to work as an insulating addition to any room. Adding light to your home with these shades is easy in terms of customization as well. These come in many colors, but Farmhouse Red, Indigo Mood, and Linen are a few of our favorites.
In addition to the aforementioned window treatments, our Solera® Soft Shade is another great option. With the appearance of a traditional roman shade and the unique construction of a cellular shade, adding light to your home in this way can be both beautiful and beneficial. Additionally, these are available in both room-darkening and light-filtering, which means you can decide which end of the spectrum is right for your particular space.
