Hunter Douglas sheer shadings are so versatile that Hunter Douglas has created three different styles to suit practically any home. The one we would like to focus your attention on today is Hunter Douglas Luminette® shades. The other two sheer shade styles--Silhouette® and Pirouette®--are crafted in a horizontal style, similar to horizontal blinds. Luminette® shades, however, are created in a vertical style. How do you operate Luminette® shades?
Hunter Douglas Luminette® shades are operated very similarly to vertical blinds, but with added functionality. The flexible fabric vanes of Luminette® shades are easily opened and closed to increase or decrease the natural light that is allowed into your home. While the fabric panels of your Luminette® shades will diffuse natural light, you can also easily push your shades to the side to achieve a completely unobscured window.
